Mystifying Monuments

A mysterious group of ancient monuments first discovered in Saudi Arabia in the 1970s, known as mustatials, predate the first Egyptian pyramids and Stonehenge by over 2,000 years, making them the world’s oldest ritual landscape, archaeologists now say.

Scattered across 77,000 square miles of desert in northwest Arabia, the mustatils (the name comes from the Arabic word for “rectangle”) were built between 8,500 and 4,800 years ago, during the period known as the Middle Holocene, according to a report published last week in the journal Antiquity.

Through satellite imagery, helicopter and ground surveys, and excavations, the study identified more than 1,000 mustatils, typically built in clusters. That’s more than double the number previously thought to exist.

The project, led by a team from the University of Western Australia, is being funded by the Royal Commission for AlUla, which is hoping to drive tourism to the nearby site of AlUla.

Experts had previously raised numerous theories as to the structures’ purpose, including as animal enclosures, burial sites, or territory markers. But the new study shows that the mustatils‘s walls would have been too low to prevent animals from escaping.

Time's Mistress

 Age had time
as its mistress,
lingering not
in the past
or the present,
but with speed
towards the end.
10 May 2021

It appears to the layman that life is bound up in layers of confusion that seldom gets sorted out until the end of life approaches and/or the mind becomes so incapacitated that we simply have no idea what it going on...  Both of these possibilities happen but there are a lot of other possibilities as well most of which deal with coming to grips with the reality of life in that life does not happen as a result of the choices that we make but happens because it has been willed to happen that way long before we were given our first breath of life.

Are we then looking at a religious awareness or understanding in our later years?

No...  not at all...  and while religion is not at the heart of life like many religious followers perceive it to be, there is a CREATOR and there is no doubt in my mind that this is a fact; however, all our other religious beliefs and concepts were given to us by extraterrestrials who visited earth in the early years of our existence...   and, who altered our DNA to the point that human beings became the creatures that they are today rather than moving in another direction that might have kept us in the same realm as apes or monkeys who share similar DNA structures.

Our lives...  we thought and/or perceived, were created so that we could worship the Gad who had given us life.  and, while there is some truth to that belief, our lives were really created for us to learn to survive and not just survive with other human beings but with land animal, water animal, air animals as well as the environment.

Our arrogance has taken us into a different direction and that direction will take us into space and once in space, we will eventually meet the extraterrestrials who were responsible for giving us life...  and perhaps our CREATOR as well.

To this end, our lives have been pre-determined that is to say that if one exists on the edge of the universe and has the ability to look back or down or across at earth, they will see that spacetime on earth moves faster than the spacetime where they are located moves.  Knowing that relationship and dynamic, those who dwell at the edge of the universe can see our future happening before we experience it

Since they know what our future is going to be like, then they can make adjustments should they desire in certain events in an effort to alter or change that future and then can witness the new realities unfold just like the old realities unfolded.

After many years traveling through space and coming into contact with different knowledge, we too will one day have their same level of awareness and can evoke our wills onto other civilizations just as they have done to us...  and, no doubt that is our future.

Light from the sun takes 8 minutes to get to earth...  so past light illuminates our present, allowing the past and the present to happen at the same time which logically should not happen at all.  And, the only way that it it happening is when we compare the light from the sun relative to its arrival on earth...  knowing that it is traveling at the speed of light.

Similarly, our future relative to whoever is living at the edge of the universe is their present which logically should not happen either, but it does which is why they can see our future before it happens to us relative to our present.

Only a CREATOR can create a universe where these kinds of things are happening on a regular basis...  we are not the byproduct of evolution although human being have experience evolutionary changes in their bodies...  And, these changes happened faster than they should have happened which leads us to believe that someone altered our DNA.

SO...  does death as we understand it...  really happen?

PRIVACY

How much do you want to share?

Right now...  we have to have a drivers license when we drive and a passport when we travel overseas...  however, a passport cannot be used as a substitute for a drivers license.  Should we now have some kind of proof that we have had all our SHOTS?

AND...  how far will this go...  in the sense of our Federal Government knowing our private and personal data.?

Personally, I don't give a shit what the government knows or does not know my private and/or personal data...  at my age, it just does not matter...  I've got nothing to save and nothing to prove....  so, who cares what they know or do not know about me...  I certainly don't care...

BUT...

there are a lot of people who do care about what the government knows or does not know...  even when they too have nothing to hide...  it is just the fact that this knowledge is and should be private.  And, it should be up to each individual what information they want to share or not want to share...

In other words, it is OUR RIGHT to share if we want to NOT THE GOVERNMENT'S right...  and, therein lies the problem...

In this sense, I do not want our Government to know anything more about me than they absolutely need to know...  IT IS NONE OF THEIR DAMN BUSINESS.

Mosquitos in the Keys

The Florida Keys will soon be buzzing with close to a billion 'fraken-squitoes' – gene-hacked mosquitoes aimed at eradicating a disease carrying mosquito.

The Florida Keys Mosquito Control District (FKMCD) and Oxitec, a British biotech company, are starting the first-ever U.S. release of genetically engineered (GE) Aedes aegypti mosquitoes this week, which will see up to a billion over a two-year period.

The project aims to reduce the numbers of Aedes aegypti, one of several mosquito species that can carry diseases including dengue, chikungunya, Zika and yellow fever.

Floridians, however, are calling on the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to end 'this live experiment' saying they are being subjected to terrorism by the FKMCD.

The trial is set to begin this week, with the first phase releasing up to 144,000 GE mosquitoes over the next 12 weeks. Ultimately, up to a billion will be released in Monroe County.  TO READ MORE, CLICK HERE...

60% Versus 12%

According to the most recent census data, the percentage of whites in the US population is 60% whereas the percentage of blacks in the US population is 12%...  In other words, there are FIVE times more whites in America than there are blacks.

What does that mean?

ONE out of every FIVE Americans are black...  and yet, minority group wants to control everything that is going on in this county from law enforcement to politics to Hollywood to Professional Athletics to Musicians and Artists to those CEO's who are managing our companies.

Blacks want to receive preferential treatment because they were brought to this country in 1619 against their will...  that is over 400 years ago...  and 157 years before we gained our independence from Great Britain; however, just because the whites gained their independence does not mean that the blacks actually gained their independence as well...  NO...  it took another 87 years for the blacks to actually receive their independence.

WHY...  did it take so long?

OUR FOUNDING FATHERS (All of them) WERE RACISTS...  there is no doubts about that fact...  now, here is the interesting question:

DID PRESIDENT LINCOLN FREE THE SLAVES TO INCREASE THE SIZE OF HIS ARMY AGAINST THE SOUTH OR DID HE FREE THE SLAVES BECAUSE HE WAS AGAINST SLAVERY?

Lincoln's wife owned slaves...

We, that is to say Americans, treated the Native Americans almost as bad as we treated the blacks...  and, to compensate them for our bad treatment, we allowed them to operate GAMBLING CASINOS on their territory only...  but, they get all the revenues.

That was really white of us to do that.

Interestingly, the US Constitution that governs our country was actually written for the WHITES not the BLACKS even though they were included by an amendment...  but, in the minds of most blacks that did not correct the injustice; however, what will correct the injustice will be that REALITY where ALL WHITENESS is removed from the way Americans live...   that is to say that the 60% should bend over backwards to pacify the 12% as a form of compensation.

What does that mean exactly?

That means BLACKS no longer want WHITES to be White...  because if WHITES continue to be White, then that is racism and racism negatively impacts 12% of all Americans.

It means that laws should be rewritten to favor blacks over whites in the courts of law.

It means that Blacks should get preferential treatment at college and university over the WHITES.

It means that Blacks should be hired before Whites are hired even if they are less qualified because it was the Whites that manipulated the system that forced them to be less qualified in the first place.

However, I don't think Blacks want to be first in line in the MILITARY since being first there might result in a loss of life...  but that is just a personal opinion and not based upon any solid evidence or facts.

I am also not sure how this relates to selling illegal drugs either because most of the dope dealers are black and most of the dope users are white...  and, I doubt very seriously if they really want to change places.

Because blacks were slaves they should be given every thing they want or they will revolt in the streets, burn, and loot to show their disappointment.  And...  since the law enforcement is systemically racist, then we should do away with the police force...  or at least have NO WHITE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS so if blacks are killed by police, they will have been killed by black police.

IT IS TIME THAT WHITES LISTEN AND STOP BEING WHITE ONCE AND FOR ALL...  white should not even be a color or for that matter a word in the dictionary.

Black Homes Are Undervalued - Racism at Work

 From Rice Kinder
Institute for Urban Research...

New research shows that 50 years after laws were put in place to stop the use of race in real estate appraisals, homes in neighborhoods of color are still being undervalued.

New research into how a neighborhood’s home values are impacted by its racial composition reveals that appraisals were affected to a larger extent by race in 2015 than in 1980 — to the financial detriment of homeowners in majority-Black and majority-Hispanic neighborhoods.

Using Census Bureau data from 1980–2015, the study from Junia Howell and Elizabeth Korver-Glenn shows that during that period, homes in white neighborhoods appreciated in value, on average, almost $200,000 more than comparable homes in neighborhoods of color.

Primarily, the reason for the large disparity lies in “contemporary appraisal practices,” according to Howell and Korver-Glenn; in particular, “the use of the sales comparison approach has allowed historical racialized appraisals to influence contemporary values and appraisers’ racialized assumptions about neighborhoods to drive appraisal methods.”

Howell, an assistant professor of sociology at the University of Pittsburgh, and Korver-Glenn, an assistant professor of sociology at the University of New Mexico — both of whom are former Kinder Scholars — summarized their study for the Conversation:  TO READ MORE, CLICK HERE...

PERSONAL OPINION:  I like the idea that people are now recognizing that homes in black neighborhoods are still being undervalued...  and I hope someone of importance realizes what is going on and SEEKS TO CHANGE IT...  Why do I want this changed?
1.  Black should pay higher property taxes just like whites have to pay
2.  Whites have been discriminated against for years by paying higher property taxes
3.  Black neighborhoods are no different than white neighborhoods
4.  Thank you Critical Race Theory
I have been complaining for years about having to pay higher and higher property taxes and the fact that my higher taxes are a result of me being white...  If I was black my home would be undervalued and my property taxes would be less.  Yes, it is true that if and when I decided to sell my home, I would not get a higher price for it, but I do not plan to ever sell my home so that point is irrelevant.

Finally, I feel blessed and extremely fortunate that the BLM movement has finally brought this to our attention and I hope that someone somewhere finally does something about it.  My black neighbors have been skating through lower taxes for years and it is time that they finally get assessed properly...

We Are Blessed Americans

Americans should feel BLESSED that Joe Biden beat out Donald
Trump to become the current President of the US...

  • We have a crisis with immigration
  • We have a crisis with inflation
  • We have a crisis with gasoline
  • We have a crisis with cyber crime/hacking
  • We have a crisis with Hamas
  • We have a crisis with Russia
  • We have a crisis with China's military escalation
  • We have a crisis with systemic racism
  • We have a crisis with defunding the police
  • We have a crisis with illegal drug use
  • We have a crisis with disabled veterans
  • We have a crisis with healthcare
  • We have a crisis with education
  • We have a crisis with a DIVIDED America

Let me say it again, AMERICANS SHOULD FEEL BLESSED THAT JOE BIDEN IS OUR CURRENT PRESIDENT...

The real question here is:  DOES BIDEN HAVE THE MOUNTAIN OYSTERS TO TAKE ON RUSSIA, CHINA, THE MIDDLE EAST, AND OUR OWN TECH GIANTS...  ALONG WITH THE INCREASING WEALTH DISPARITY BETWEEN WEALTHY AMERICANS AND EVERYONE ELSE???

My fear is that he does not have those mountain oysters...  nor does he have the rhetoric to unite the two parties which will continue to divide this country politically.

Inflation B Good

Because of all the spending by our Federal Government, the US inflation rate has increased to 3% and is expected to increase and possibly stabilize at 4% which is incredibly good news for ALL AMERICANS because it means that Americans will be paying more for goods and services, leaving them less and less money to save or spend on other necessities...  should the occasion arise.

  • More for gasoline
  • More for food
  • More for clothes
  • More for medicine
  • More for electricity
With this kind of inflation, unemployment insurance payouts will not last as long as it did before with this kind of inflation and it is this kind of inflation that financially hurts older senior citizens who are living only on Social Security without any other sources of income.

The new Presidential Administration should be complemented because they are the ones that caused this...  We should feel fortunate that we have such brilliant people at the helm of our country and who are making these clever decisions on behalf of the American people.

Spacetime

In physics, spacetime is any mathematical model which fuses the three dimensions of space and the one dimension of time into a single four-dimensional manifold. The fabric of space-time is a conceptual model combining the three dimensions of space with the fourth dimension of time.
Source:  Wikipedia

But, to the ordinary person who lives in a 3 dimensional world, time simply moves forward in a straight line, and one's age increase each day, each week, each month, each year until one day that same person is no longer alive...  and, in their death, time continues.

To the ordinary person, life is seen to possess height, width, and depth and while height and depth seems to go on forever, width is constrained by one's environment; for example, if one is in one's home then the three dimensions are fixed and somewhat finite, however, if one is on the coast of let's say the Atlantic Ocean, then those same 3 dimensions seem to be endless and yet, we intuitively know that there are, in fact, limits.

Time is not seen so easily other than in the passing years, the body always changes sometimes that changes happens faster on some people than others but time is a concept of which everyone is aware even though like the dimensions is hardly ever discussed.

Similarly, hardly anyone talks about the atoms that are found in all matter and that because of the arrangement of these atoms we have different types of matter.  Likewise, hardly anyone talks about the breakdown of atoms into sub-atomic particles and that some of those particles are composed of even smaller particles to the point that the smallest imagined particle is a vibrating string of energy that has no probability of movement...  and, because of that lack of probability, we might have different dimensional realities in some sort of parallel but unseen universe.

Spacetime is a concept that is rarely imagined by the general public nor is it a topic of discussion at get togethers that meet social distancing guidelines...

The Colonial Pipline

This pipeline stretches from Texas and curves around and through the south on it way to New Jersey... and, because it was secured properly was the victim of a hacker attack from a group located in Russia (but not necessarily sponsored by the Russian Government) which shut down oil transportation services to several southern States, including the on that I am living in, Tennessee.

While being online has its advantages, it also has its disadvantages and this is one of those disadvantages which is incidentally impacting millions of Americans.

This afternoon, my wife and I went to a local grocery store that sells gasoline on the side and filled up one of our vehicles along with a contain for our lawn mowers.  Each pump and there were 5 of them had vehicles beside them with 1-2 other vehicles waiting.  In less than 20 minutes, we had gasoline and were on our way.

Returning home, we passed our regular gasoline station, Weigle's and each of the 20 pumps had yellow bags covering the delivery pumps indicating that the entire station was out of gasoline...  this was completely unexpected since a local grocery store was still pumping gasoline.

It is unsure how long this gasoline shortage will last but one thing is for certain, it will cause gasoline prices to increase and that increase will not be reduced anytime soon...  and, because of that increase, the entire US Economy could be headed towards inflation which has not been a problem for almost a decade.

Interestingly, electric cars will be operating off of some kind of an online grid as will all the recharging stations and as the country moves closer and closer to the end of gasoline vehicles we might opened Pandora's Box as we transition from gasoline to electric.

Sometimes life is just a BITCH...

All Over The World

All over the world, we see violence...
  • Europe
  • China
  • Africa
  • Middle East
  • South America
  • Central America
  • Mexico
And, in theory, the United Nations was designed at the end of WWII to prevent that from happening but the organization has not really been effective in its role and mainly because the rest of the world does not respect its global role.

Methodologies
Aggressive Governments
Greed-Power-Control
Long Standing Animosity
Racism and Hegemony

The Guilty Countries
Russia
China
Iran/Iraq
Mexico
South Africa

Who will win?
This is the real question that no one wants to answer because the answer is not what NORMAL PEOPLE want to hear...
The USA no longer cares about the rest of the world...  they only care about Black Lives Matter and Critical Race Theory and White Privilege and being WOKE...
How STUPID is that?

BETTER LEARN TO SPEAK MANDARIN...

Social Security

This year’s Social Security cost-of-living adjustment was 1.3%, yet many of the costs seniors face are rising much more quickly.  In 2021, the estimated average monthly benefit increased by $20 per month.

Many expenses have dramatically risen in the past year, according to a new analysis of Consumer Price Index data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics done by The Senior Citizens League, a nonpartisan senior group.

From March 2020 to March 2021, the fastest-rising cost was car and truck rentals, which went up by 31.2%. That was followed by laundry equipment, which climbed 24.2%; gasoline, 22.2%; and home heating oil, 20.2%.

Some prices, such as prescription drug and medical costs, stayed constant, although physician services climbed by 5.3%.  Admittedly, all consumers are grappling with those rising price tags, not just seniors. The Senior Citizens League selected the list based on which costs affect retirees most.

Because older Americans often live on a fixed budget, which typically includes Social Security benefits, having to absorb those higher costs can hit them harder.  “With inflation rising so fast, what’s going on right now is an erosion in buying power,” said Mary Johnson, Social Security and Medicare policy analyst at the league.

When measured by the index used to calculate Social Security’s annual cost-of-living adjustment — the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers, or CPI-W — inflation has risen since last year.  The CPI-W was more than 3% higher as of the end of March than it was a year ago.  TO READ MORE, CLICK HERE...

Life Goes On

Life in America now is different than life in America was...  at least for the old timers...  who were around in the 1960's with the Vietnam War, Demonstrations on college campuses, Race Riots, and Woodstock...  although, there is more to it than just that...  it also includes an increase in the quality of life that revolves around:

  • higher wages
  • better healthcare
  • quality education
  • housing
  • clothes
  • technology
  • transportation
  • communications
AND...  just when life starts to get interesting, my mentality is to retire and extricate myself from the rigors or employment which is mainly because of asshole bosses who are more incompetent than government workers.

Retirement is good...   and, it is good not because I can sleep in or not shave or wear what I want to, but because I have enough money to do whatever it is that I want to do even with my limited resources...  in other words, I can go out to dinner and order the $13 Salmon rather than the $25 Filet Mignon...   or, I can go to a resort area on the East Coast and get an efficiency condo for $1,200/week rather than an efficiency condo for $2,500/week.

During the winter months, I pretty much stay inside but when the weather is warm, I am on the back porch or I am working in the yard; however, regardless of the weather and my physical location, I spend an enormous amount of time writing.  My writing consists of articles that I publish on my 3 blogs, most of which I write myself, others borrowed but given credit, publishing poems on my 4th blog, and writing a few pages each day on a novel.

To date, I have written two and a half novels, and am working on my 4th without finishing my 3rd.  Why did I do this?  No sure...  other than I got tired of writing or questioned my ability to write and when I returned, decided to start something new.

Will I contact publishers?

Not sure...

Am I writing just to be writing or am I writing to be published?

Again, not sure...

But, writing keeps me busy and occupied and in retirement I suppose that is a good thing.

However, some people like to continue working and continue building up their wealth.  I have no desire to build wealth as long as I have enough money to meet my needs and the needs of my wife after I die.

Am I being un American?

Perhaps...  but, I have never like the concept of GREED or the concept of climbing to the top of the ladder just so I could say that I got there...

What is Life?

A question from the 1960's that lead to the purpose of life...  our reason for existence...  and, many people from the sixties and from today really don't give a shit about the purpose of life as long as they continue to have opportunities to make money or take advantage of positive situations that have been presented to them...  for example, a friend of mine recently told me that his neighbor "back in the day," convinced him to purchase Walmart Stock at the time that Walmart was just opening its first couple of stores and needed cash.

He purchased that stock for about $1.25/share.  And, over the years, the dividends from that stock paid for college tuition for all of his children.

He was in the right place at the right time and for some reason LISTENED to the advice that he was given by a neighbor...  he could have just as easily ignored that same neighbor...  but, he did not...

SO...  what caused him to take that action?

No one can actually say...

BUT...  some people simply have GOOD FORTUNE on their side while others do not.  so...  is this what life is?

OR...  does life tilt to a religious side of awareness?   There is no doubt in my mind that there is a CREATOR but there are many questions in my mind regarding our global myths of gods and goddesses and the fact that it could be nothing more than visits from extraterrestrials.

OR...  does life focus on SURVIVAL?  The key word for life regarding humans, animals, fish, and fowl revolves around this concept of SURVIVAL...  Our sole purpose on earth is simply do what we can to continue to live.

Life does not have to be just for the wealthy or the well off.  In fact, if we look at those two categories, only about 20% of our population reside in those two categories...  and that 80%  of our population live life for the most part, paycheck to paycheck or perhaps just a little bit better than that.

And yet, their lives for the most part are just as fulfilling as the wealthy and well off...

Money does not always make you happy...  it just allows you to do what others cannot do...

BUT LIFE IS LIFE...  and DEATH IS DEATH...  and what happens in between is LIFE.

US Populations Slows

The United States population has slowed to its lowest rate since the 1930s, the Census Bureau said Monday.

Every ten years, the Census Bureau counts the country’s people. The total U.S. population is now 331,449,281. It is 7.4 percent more than ten years ago, but the second slowest increase ever. Experts say the slow rate is due to an older population, less immigration and the effects of the Great Recession. The 2008 economic crisis led many young adults to wait to get married and have families, which slowed the birthrate.

The only slower growth of the U.S. population growth was in the 1930s, during the Great Depression. The slow rate in the 2010s had a similar start because of the Great Recession and the long recovery that followed.

Demographers do not think population growth will pick up soon, and some believe growth may slow down even more. Americans are getting older — the median age in the U.S. is 38, up one year from 37 in 2010. Immigration had been decreasing, and the pandemic mostly ended it.

William Frey is a demographer with the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C.  “Unlike the Great Depression, it’s part of a process where we’re likely to keep having slow growth,” Frey said.  A slowing population growth may create problems for the country’s future.

John Lettieri is the president of the Economic Innovation Group. He said that the U.S. now has more Americans aged 80 or older than 2 or younger.  “The big demographic advantage the U.S. once enjoyed over other rich nations has evaporated,” he wrote in a tweet.  TO READ MORE, CLICK HERE...

Just Whales

When a killer whale slowly circled back toward wildlife photographer Brian Skerry in the middle of the ocean after discarding the giant sting ray it was devouring, panic is not what came to mind: "Part of my brain is thinking, 'I can't believe what I'm seeing,'" recalled Skerry. "'Don't screw it up.'"

It's a fascinating moment between man and ocean predator revealed in "Secrets of the Whales," a new National Geographic docuseries premiering on Disney+. The incredible four-part series follows various whale species across 24 locations around the globe.

"The latest greatest science is showing that they have cultures, they have traditions," said Skerry, who released a book of the same title earlier this month. "If we can begin to see our planet through the lens of culture with these charismatic ambassadors for the ocean, maybe it's a bit of a game changer—we change our view of how we see our own planet."

Executive produced by Academy Award-winning director James Cameron and narrated by Oscar nominee Sigourney Weaver, the series is split into four episodes focusing individually on orcas (killer whales), humpbacks and belugas, with the final episode featuring both sperm whales and narwhals.

Cameron is no stranger to the world's oceans. In 2012, he dove a deep sea submarine he built nearly 7 miles down to the deepest point of the Mariana Trench. The filmmaker, who's produced various-ocean themed projects, documented the dive in his film "Deepsea Challenge 3D."

"What this series strove to do was to make them a who, not a what," said Cameron from his New Zealand editing studio where he's working on "Avatar 2." "What we learn from what we see, including a lot of things that have never been recorded before, is that they are people. They have family bonds… They have love. They have grief. They're very much like us in many ways."

Stupid People

Our world is full of stupid people and while one might think that a vast majority of them life in the United States of America that is simply not true...  we have more than our fair share, but a majority do not live here...  unfortunately they live in other countries...  Americans, we can safely attest to are mostly smart...  that is to say that most of our stupid people actually think they are relatively smart in comparison to those they hang around...  which makes our situation actually worse than it really is.

Teenagers by far are the most stupid of the lot but all we have to do is look at their parental influences to understand why that is.  And, it is not their parent's fault that they are stupid especially since a large majority of them graduated from US High Schools.  US High Schools are ranked around 15th in the world making those graduates with straight "A's" were probably only earning straight "C's" instead...  there is nothing more crazy than someone who is stupid thinking they are smart and then attempt to raise a child with that false level of intelligence.

My father used to say that this person could not pour piss out of a boot with directions written on the heel...  and, while that is an ugly way to describe a fellow human being, it is undoubtedly the truth...  and, during my lifetime, I have had the pleasure of working around all sorts of smart people who also wore boots.  Yes, the logic has been presented to be questioned...  not just accepted as the gospel truth...  However, that same father once told me that the best part of me ran down his leg...  and, I spent the rest of my life wondering if it was the physical part of me or the mental part of me.

Our television commercials are based on stupid people watching them.  Our street signs have been specifically design with stupid people in mind, especially the SLOW MEN WORKING signs posted all over the highway when construction on our roads is in progress.  They must be getting paid by the hour and not the job because there are never any FAST MEN WORKING signs.
