Let's Return to the QUOTA System

 AMERICAN DEMOGRAPHICS 2020

59.7%     Non Hispanic Whites (formerly Caucasian)

18.7%     Hispanics

13.4%     Blacks (formerly African American or People of Color)

 5.9%      Asian

 1.3%      Native American and Native Alaskan

I propose that starting in January 2021 or as close thereafter as is politically feasible and practical that we commence doing everything in AMERICA based upon the 2020 DEMOGRAPHICS data and that we check that data every 2-3 years to see if it has changed...

• All House of Representatives
• All Senators
• All Judges
• All State Governors
• All State General Assemblies
• All Law Enforcement Offices
• All Branches of the Military
• All Government Employees
• All American Embassies on Foreign Soil

WILL HIRE COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY BASED UPON THE ABOVE LISTED DEMOGRAPHICS HENCE FORTH AND FOREVER MORE LET IT BE SO...

1. Only 59.7% will be non Hispanic whites
2. Only 18.7% will be Hispanics
3. Only 13.4% will be Blacks
4. Only 5.9% will be Asians
5. Only 1.3% will be Native Americans/Alaskans

NOTE:  this has nothing to do with qualifications as qualifications no longer matters because...  there may be some ethnic individuals who are not qualified and the government no longer wants to be accused of ethnic discrimination...   especially since the BLM movement brought all this to our attention...

IT IS OUR HOPE AND STRONGEST DESIRE THAT THE FOLLOWING ADOPT OUR NEW HIRING PRACTICES:

• All professional sports teams and associations
• All media outlets (including online)
• All technology companies
• All healthcare organizations and hospitals
• All Hollywood actors and actresses
• All Resorts, Hotels, and Motels
• All Artist Guilds, Clubs, and Communities
• All Singers and Musicians
• All Companies that employ any blue collar worker

EQUALITY DOES NOT EXIST IN AMERICA NOR WILL IT EVER EXIST IN AMERICA...  it is for this reason that we think all Americans should embrace this new philosophy...  I mean, when you think about it...  it is only the fairest way to cut and distribute the PIE.
