Supreme Court Reconsiders Case About Trump
The U.S. Supreme Court is set to consider whether or not to hear a lawsuit that seeks to remove President Joe Biden from the White House and reinstate former President Donald Trump to office.
The Brunson v. Adams lawsuit claims that lawmakers violated their oaths of office by allegedly failing to investigate a foreign intervention in the 2020 presidential race which allegedly rigged the election against Trump.
The case is based on the claim that the defendants—who include Congress members, Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and former Vice President Mike Pence—voted to certify the 2020 presidential election after receiving a valid request from 154 members of Congress to investigate unfounded claims of electoral fraud in six states.
The Supreme Court declined to consider the lawsuit on January 9, but the plaintiff, Raland Brunson, filed an appeal on January 23. Now, the court has to reconsider whether or not to hear the case, according to an update on the SCOTUS' website that read that the lawsuit was "distributed for conference" on Friday. READ MORE...

Republican Freedom Caucus
The Freedom Caucus, also known as the House Freedom Caucus, is a congressional caucus consisting of conservative Republican members of the United States House of Representatives. It is generally considered to be the most conservative and farthest-right bloc within the House Republican Conference.
The caucus is positioned right-wing to far-right on the political spectrum, with some members holding right-wing populist beliefs, such as opposition to immigration reform. The group takes hardline conservative positions and favors social conservativism and small government. The group sought dozens of times to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

Advertisers to Boycott Twitter
Advertisers plan to boycott Twitter if Elon Musk allows Donald Trump back on the platform after he took control on Thursday night, The Wall Street Journal reported.
After paying $44 billion to close the deal he tried to walk away from, Musk swiftly fired four top executives including CEO Parag Agrawal and finance chief Ned Segal.
Advertisers are now weighing in as concerns over former President Donald Trump being reinstated grow.
Kieley Taylor, the global head of partnerships at advertising agency GroupM, told The Journal that letting Trump tweet again would be a red line for some major brands. READ MORE...

NO Television for Trump Testimony
WASHINGTON (AP) — Raising the stakes on its extraordinary subpoena to Donald Trump, the House committee investigating the Capitol riot indicated Sunday it would not consider letting the former president testify live on television about the direct role that congressional investigators say he played in trying to overturn the 2020 election.
The committee is demanding Trump’s testimony under oath next month as well as records relevant to its investigation. To avoid a complicated and protracted legal battle, Trump reportedly had told associates he might consider complying with the subpoena if he could answer questions during live testimony.
But Rep. Liz Cheney, the committee’s vice chair, on Sunday rejected the possibility. She said the committee, which makes its major decisions with unanimous consent, would not allow Trump’s testimony to turn into a “food fight” on TV and she warned that the committee will take action if he does not comply with the subpoena. Financially Destroying Trump Finally
Michael Cohen (above), once former President Donald Trump's attorney and fixer, said that New York Attorney General Letitia James' massive fraud lawsuit will "financially destroy" his old boss and may ultimately lead to him going to prison.
James filed a sweeping civil suit against Trump, his business, and his three eldest children in September. She seeks to permanently bar the Trumps from conducting business in New York and pursuing at least $250 million in damages.
In an in-depth interview with Salon magazine before releasing his second book "Revenge," Cohen said: "Right now, that case will financially destroy him."
He added that the penalties could exceed the $250 million baseline. READ MORE...

Relax... Don't Worry...
Dan Bongino took Rush Limbaugh's spot on talk radio and moved from NYC to Florida and is a regular guest on FOX News... Today he was interviewed on FOX News as a result of the FBI's raid of former President Trump's home in Florida... claiming that Trump took classified documents when he left the Whitehouse, knowing that his defense would be, I declassified them before I left office... but they did the deed anyway.
Dan was LIVID, to say the least and while he said that he was a conservative and therefore a Republican but not because of the current Republicans in Congress because they are a DO NOTHING group of politicians and need to immediately be removed. Dan said the GOP now TALKS BOLD AND BIG but when it comes to action, they accomplish nothing.
Dan Bongino pretty much reflects my sentiments about all of the Congressional Republicans except for Lindsey Graham and a couple of others that FOX News interviews regularly...
The Democrats play dirty but piss, bitch, and moan when others play dirty against them...
The Democrats lie and really do not feel guilty about their lies as they continue to make these lies daily...
The Democrats are moving closer and closer to a Socialistic form of government where the government provides you with everything -- just like the movie/show STAR TREK...
The Democrats have mainstream media covering the ASSES, networks like CNN, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, PBR...
If this is the kind of government that you want... then have it... and, the reason that I say this is because HISTORICALLY all socialistic governments FAIL...
History always repeats itself whether we like it or not and regardless if this is what some of want or don't want...
In order to have a socialistic government, two things have to happen.
First - the government must insure that it can collect taxes from the WEALTHY in order to pay for the socialistic society... USA millionaires and billionaires already have their money shelter away from taxes in the Grand Caymans.
Second - the government must insure that ALL BUSINESSES will be willing to pay their fair share of whatever... or be taken over (OWNED) by the federal government... then the government can manage the business any way they like.
Do you really think first or second will happen in the US of A?
Right now, about 70% of what we receive is considered to already be SOCIALISTIC in nature, such as:
- Public Education
- Public Transportation
- Public Parks and Recreation
- Social Security
- Medicare
- Unemployment Insurance
These programs already cost the country so much money that we are ASSHOLE deep in debt with CHINA owning ONE-THIRD of that debt... can you imagine that China owns 1/3 of our debt?
What do we do when they DEMAND their money back?

Should Trump Be Prosecuted

But all along, the issue has been not what the 10,000 people who came to Washington D.C. for the rally knew or even what the 2,000 people who made it inside the Capitol building knew.
If it was an attempted coup, it was a pretty pathetic and incompetent one.
From the hearings, we now know that Trump did not even have the support of his own family and friends nor his handpicked White House staff.

Trump's Truth Social
Former US President Donald Trump's social media app Truth Social became available for download in Apple's App Store on Sunday night, but some people had trouble creating an account. Despite this, it hit No. 1 in the App Store's top charts early Monday.
People who downloaded the app reported seeing error messages when they tried entering a birthdate, e-mail or phone number to create an account. "Something went wrong. Please try again," the message read.
Others reported they were placed on a waitlist after signing up. "Due to massive demand, we have placed you on our waitlist," read the message, which included a waitlist number. People who preordered Truth Social had the app automatically downloaded to their iPhones.
The app's release underscores Trump's plans to return to social media after being booted from Facebook, Twitter and YouTube last year. The companies made the rare move to bar Trump, who was president at the time, from its platforms because of concerns that his remarks could spark violence following the deadly Jan. 6 Capitol Hill riots.
Truth Social, which looks similar to Twitter, is also another example of an alternative social media app like Parler, Gettr and Rumble that conservatives have flocked to because of censorship concerns. Facebook and Twitter have long denied that they intentionally suppress conservative content. The companies have rules against hate speech and inciting violence, but users don't always agree with how they interpret these policies.
The Trump Media and Technology Group first announced it was launching Truth Social in October as part of an effort "to stand up to the tyranny of Big Tech."
CEO Devin Nunes, a former Republican congressman, told Fox News on Sunday that the app would roll out this week to more people in the Apple App Store. The company has a goal of making the app fully operational by the end of March at least within the US, he told Fox News.
On Feb. 15, Trump's son Donald Trump Jr. posted what he said was the former president's first post on Truth Social: "Get Ready! Your favorite President will see you soon!" About 500 people have reportedly started using an early version of Truth Social, Reuters reported last week.

Mainstream Media FAILS the test...
The mainstream media is getting a wake-up call after new allegations in the Durham investigation that President Trump and his campaign were being spied on.
Special Counsel John Durham (above left) released in a filing Saturday that the Hillary Clinton (above right) campaign hired techs to "infiltrate" Trump Tower and White House servers to establish a "narrative" to link Trump to Russia. The new findings contradict various doubtful media coverage from programs like CBS’ "60 Minutes."
In an October 2020 interview, Trump appeared on the newsmagazine to address the ongoing investigation and his claim his campaign was spied on. He was shot down by host Lesley Stahl, who insisted the president was spreading unverified information.
"There’s no real evidence," she said. "This is ’60 Minutes.’ We can’t put on things we can’t verify."
CLINTON CAMPAIGN PAID TO ‘INFILTRATE’ TRUMP TOWER, WHITE HOUSE SERVERS TO LINK TRUMP TO RUSSIA: DURHAM
Meanwhile, former CNN dynamic duo Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo criticized John Durham and the Trump administration back in December 2019 for being adamant about uncovering the truth, yet coming up short.
"Nothing happens and they just move on to the next conspiracy theory," Lemon said to Cuomo during a handover. "It is never going to end and guess what? People who want to believe that BS are going to believe it."
In an October 2021 episode of MSNBC's "The Rachel Maddow Show," host Rachel Maddow suggested the intention behind efforts to probe the investigation was always to re-route the investigation away from Trump himself. READ MORE...

The Black Boom
Economic inequality continues to be one of the most hotly debated topics in America, but there has been relatively little discussion of the fact that black-white gaps in joblessness, income, poverty, and other measures were shrinking prior to the pandemic.
Why was it happening, and why did this phenomenon go unacknowledged by so much of the media?
In The Black Boom, Jason L. Riley—acclaimed Wall Street Journal columnist and senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute—digs into the data and concludes that the economic lives of black people improved significantly under policies put into place during the Trump administration. To acknowledge as much is not to endorse the 45th president but rather to champion policies that achieve a clear moral objective shared by most Americans.
As Riley argues in The Black Boom: “Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020, the economic fortunes of blacks improved under Trump to an extent that was not only unseen under Obama but unseen going back several generations. Black unemployment and poverty reached historic lows, and black wages increased at a faster clip than white wages.”
Less inequality is something that everyone wants, but disapproval of Trump’s personality and methods too often skewed the media’s appraisal of effective policies advocated by his c. If we want to make real progress in improving the lives of low-income minorities, says Riley, we must look beyond our partisan differences at what works and keep doing it. Unfortunately, many press outlets were unable or unwilling to do that.
As The Black Boom notes: “Political reporters were not unaware of this data. Rather, they chose to ignore or downplay it because it was inconvenient. In their view, Trump, because he was a Republican and because he was Trump, had it in for blacks, and thus his policy preferences would be harmful to minorities.
To highlight the fact that significant racial disparities were narrowing on his watch—that the administration’s tax and regulatory reforms were mainly boosting the working and middle classes rather than ‘the rich’—would have undermined a narrative that the media preferred to advance, regardless of its veracity.”
As with previous books in our New Threats to Freedom series, The Black Boom includes two essays from prominent experts who take issue with the author’s perspective. Juan Williams, a veteran journalist, and Wilfred Reilly, a political scientist, contribute thoughtful responses to Riley and show that it is possible to share a deep concern for disadvantaged groups in our society even while disagreeing on how best to help them.
The Black Boom exemplifies the calm, rational dialogue that Americans want and need at this moment in our history to understand which public policies best promote upward mobility for everyone. SOURCE: GOOGLE BOOKS

Rainy Day Thoughts
What I found most interesting about this case is that former President Obama, Presidential candidate Biden, and Vice Presidential candidate Harris ALL STATED how horrible it was for something like this to have happened here in America and blamed it all on President Trump for causing all this hatred to flourish.
Two years later and we find our that Jussie Smolett LIED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT, neither Obama, Biden, or Harris are commenting... GO FIGURE???
FIRST THOUGHTS: Should leaders jump to conclusions?
But... what gets to me more than anything else is how EVERYONE has been and continues to blame Trump for everything... now, I did not vote for him mind you, but I think the way he was treated was horrible, especially when one compares Trump to Biden in terms of accomplishments.
Thanks to Biden, we now have:
- Highest inflation in 40 years
- Highest Illegal Immigration in our history
- A Supply Chain Shortage
- Increases in urban crime and violence
- Influx of illegal drugs from Mexico
- Distrust of all our Allies
- Repercussions of an Afghanistan withdrawal debacle
- CRT being taught in public schools
- Highest government spending ever
- Potential of tax increases
- Highest debt level ever
- Judging people on color not character
- People leaving law enforcement
- A weakened military
- A decreasing quality of education
- A reduction of STEM students
- Microsoft
- Apple
- Dell
- The Stock Market
- ALL Banks
- Walmart
- Lowes
- Hollywood
- All music companies
- Sam's
- Starbucks
- Dillards
- John Deere
- All airlines
- All Train companies
- All commerical bus companies
- All Trucking companies
- All grocery stores
- All Professional Sports Teams
UNFORTUNATELY, most of us 80%-90% WILL NEVER BE WEALTHY no matter who owns what...
Democrats cannot stop the wealth
Republicans cannot stop the wealth
Progressives cannot stop the wealth
Blacks cannot stop the wealth
Socialism cannot stop the wealth

The Martians are Coming
I know that because I recently reread H.G. Wells's 1898 novel "War of the Worlds," while revisiting an early moment in my own life. Admittedly, I wasn't in London when those Martian machines, hooting away, stalked boldly into that city, hungry in the most literal fashion imaginable for human blood. No surprise there, since that was almost a century and a quarter ago. Still, at 77, thanks to that book, I was at least able to revisit a moment that had been mine long enough ago to seem almost like fiction.
Yes, all those years back I had been reading that very same novel for the very first time under the covers by flashlight. I still remember being gripped, thrilled and scared, at a time when my parents thought I was asleep. And believe me, if you do that at perhaps age 12 or 13, you really do feel as if you've been plunged into a futuristic world from hell, ululations and all.
But of course, scary as it might have been, alone in the dark, to secretly live through the Martian desolation of parts of England and the slaughter of countless human beings at their hands (actually, more like the tentacles of octopi), as if they were no more than irritating bugs, I was always aware of another reality as well. After all, there was still the morning (guaranteed to come), my breakfast, my dog Jeff, my bus trip to school with my friend Jim, my anything-but-exciting ordinary life and my sense, in the ascendant Cold War America of the 1950s, of a future extending to the distant horizon that looked boring as hell, without even a stray Martian in sight. (How wrong I would turn out to be from the Vietnam War years on!)
I felt that I needed some Martians then. I needed something, anything, to shake up that life of mine, but the sad truth is that I don't need them now, nor do the rest of us. Yet, in so many ways, in an America anything but ascendant, on a planet that looks like it's in a distinctly "War of the Worlds"-style version of danger, the reality is that they're already here. Media Making Mistake
Comedian Jon Stewart said the media's hyperfocus on former President Trump is a mistake and that casting him as an "incredible supervillain" distracts from other threats.
The former "Daily Show" host told CNN's Jake Tapper in an interview airing Sunday that political pundits are "making a mistake" blaming Trump for the country's divisive discourse, arguing they should turn their focus to the threat posed by much larger institutions that have dangerously embraced "the idea that power is its own reward."
"I think we make a mistake focusing this all on Donald Trump, as if he's … Magneto and some incredible supervillain that has changed the very nature and temperature of the U.S.," Stewart said. "He's just been an effective vessel, but he's not singing new songs. … I think it's a mistake to focus it all on this one individual and not to focus it more on the idea that power is its own reward whether it be in the financial industry or government. Power doesn't cede itself, and unless we can figure out a better way to balance out that power … we'll be vulnerable." TO READ MORE ON STEWART"S THINKING, CLICK HERE...

- Mandated COVID Vaccines
- Botched the Afghanistan withdrawal
- Caused our global allies to lose respect

- Promoted Critical Race Theory and being WOKE
- Caused Americans to be more divided

USA Fails in Afghanistan
President Joe Biden blames his actions on the deal that was negotiated by former President Donald Trump with the TALIBAN in Afghanistan...
President Joe Biden did not take responsibility for how the US withdrawal in Afghanistan unfolded which is the problem that the rest of the world has with the USA...
President Joe Biden SCREWED UP or listened to his advisors who were deadly wrong... in either case, Biden made the final decision...
Also, since President Joe Biden has been president he has OVERTURNED several programs that President Donald Trump put into place... so, why could he overturn the deal in Afghanistan???
MORE IMPORTANTLY...
what does the rest of the world think about our decision and how we left Afghanistan?
what does our allies think about how we handled our exiting in Afghanistan?
will our allies support us next time?
what does our enemies think about how we handled leaving Afghanistan?

Not Wanting to be Political
I am neither Democrat nor Republican, but I am a liberal as well as a conservative and I think, overall POLITICS SUCKS and ever since JFK we have not had the RIGHT PERSON as our President. Trump was a flaming asshole of a person and probably as a leader as well, but he put into place some good policies that economically helped this country before the pandemic hit.
Biden on the other hand, is the first cousin of being an IDIOT in the first degree... and, not because he is intellectually stupid (although that might be true as well) but I classify him as an IDIOT because he is not his own man... someone is pulling his strings...
I say this because Joe Biden has served the public as a Politician for over two decades and you don't survive Washington DC politics unless you know how to kiss the ass of people on both sides of the aisle and he no longer seems interested in doing that.
Perhaps, it is his age... perhaps not...
But, one thing is for sure and that is OUR ECONOMY and QUALITY OF LIFE have deteriorated in the 4 months since Biden took the Presidential Oath of Office.
- Inflation is on the rise - due to government spending
- Increase in Taxes
- Loss of trust in government
- Unemployment is not going down
- Government spending is going up

Double Standards
My first exposure to this concept of double standards came when I was a young boy living in my parent's home and was often told: DO AS I SAY NOT AS I DO... now, don't get me wrong, I love my parents and was very upset when they both passed away, but the fact remains they set the stage for me resenting those people who display or have behavior that represents a set of double standards.
A recent and flagrant example of this can be seen by looking back at the Kavanaugh hearings in the Senate and how many female legislatures, Kamala Harris in particular, were extremely vocal with their comments making the claim that they believed the females accusing Kavanaugh of sexual harassment instead of Kavanaugh who denied it... Their claims revolved around the notion that because these women came forward they must be believed.
Now, Kamala Harris is SILENT when it comes to Governor Cuomo even though7 women have come forward and make accusations.
This is a BIG REASON why I am no longer a Democratic even though I have still retained all of my liberal attitudes and beliefs.
President Biden HATES TRUMP so much that neither he nor his administration is giving any credit to Trump for his WARP SPEED COVID VACCINE program... in fact, they are saying that there were no vaccines when Biden started his Presidency even though he was vaccinated with the COVID vaccine before he took office.
WHY these DOUBLES STANDARDS?
