A Single Minded Party
The morning after the morning after the morning after the morning after is absolutely no fun at all... and yet, this is exactly what we have been doing for the last eight years.
SO...
what am I trying to say here?
The Democratic Party, supported by all of mainstream media (except for FOX News) has been systematically trying to DESTROY DONALD TRUMP, his financial empire, and his family and each time the take a few steps forward in that process, events change, and they are pushed back.
It started with the Russian Collusion Hoax and the public finally found out that was a LIE... then the congress tried to impeach him and failed... Then, the courts tried to convict him of felonies and for the most part failed, although a jury did convict him on some bogus charges that will be overturned by a higher court. Still, Trump could go to prison.
They tried to steal his businesses by having a judge convict him of slander and defamation with a financial burden that no appeals court will accept... the whole intent was to make sure he could not get his hands on the cash, so NYC could seize assets to sell.
ONE MAN - EIGHT YEARS - STILL STANDING - STILL FIGHTING - STILL BEING ATTACKED...
So, the morning after the morning after analogy is fairly accurate.
I am not a judicial scholar but there are scholars who oppose each other about Trump... some support him while others do not... WHICH JUDICIAL SCHOLAR IS CORRECT? The one who was awarded their PhD first?
I am writing this not because I like Trump and not because I voted for Trump and not because I think Trump is complete innocent...
I am writing this because of my country's treatment towards one man is SIMPLY WRONG.
Along with me, there are several people who are beginning to pull away from the Democratic Party because they no longer agree with their tactics.
WHO ARE THE GOING AFTER ONCE TRUMP IS NO LONGER A THREAT TO THEM???

US launches airstrikes against Houthi rebels in Yemen.
The US military conducted airstrikes on at least a dozen Iran-backed Houthi targets in Yemen Friday, homing in on weapons systems, bases, and other equipment. The strikes hit Houthi strongholds in roughly five locations, including the airport in Hodeida. The US airstrike came in response to recent Houthi threats and attacks on US and other commercial vessels in the region, as well as the group's claim of shooting down a US military drone over Yemeni airspace.
Death toll from Hurricane Helene rises to at least 223 people.
New Jersey's search-and-rescue teams are now helping with efforts in North Carolina to find survivors. Hundreds of people remain missing. See satellite imagery showing the impact of Helene on North Carolina here. Roughly 740,000 people in the Southeast US are still without power, as of this writing.
Spirit Airlines shares fall to record low amid possible bankruptcy filing.
Spirit shares closed down nearly 25% Friday, a day after reports said the budget airline was considering filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The news came following Spirit's failed $3.8B bid to merge with rival JetBlue Airways (see previous write-up). In August, Spirit reported a $193M loss for the second quarter of this year, up from a $2.3M loss in the same period in 2023. Spirit reportedly has about $3.3B in debt.
Breakthrough donor cell therapy remits autoimmune diseases.
Researchers in China successfully treated three individuals with severe autoimmune conditions using bioengineered and CRISPR-modified immune cells from a healthy donor. The treatment marks the first use of donor-derived CAR T-cell therapy for autoimmune disorders. It improved symptoms and led to remission for all three patients. The breakthrough could lead to more accessible and cost-effective treatments for autoimmune diseases.
Largest solar flare since 2017 spotted erupting from sun's surface.
Solar flares are bursts of radiation coming from sunspots and can potentially disrupt some telecommunications systems and power grids. They are often accompanied by coronal mass ejections—bursts of plasma and magnetic field lines coming from the sun's corona (see overview)—that erupt from an active sunspot.
Our Spiritual Creator(s)
Sunday has always been a religious day for me, and to some extent, it still is, just not the way the rest of the religious world perceives it to be.
I am not convinced that CHRISTIANITY is the only religion in which to believe. It is a myth and like all mythologies it has it roots in TRUTH. It is this truth that does not hold up under scrutiny.
HOWEVER, what does hold up for me is the mythology of a CREATOR.
Now, while I believe that earth has a creator of sorts, I am still doubtful as to a creator of our UNIVERSE.
According to our laws of physics, matter cannot be created or destroyed but it can be changed from one form to another. BUT... this is our physics and our physics may not be accurate when it comes to the creation of the universe.
With that said, I still believe there was a CREATOR.
It is just that this creator is not the God that we worship in the Bible. Creators don't create to be worshipped. If they are that powerful, what will worshipping do for them? Creators create because they can.
My creator would then be seen as an extremely advanced (scientifically) extraterrestrial or alien or space creature if you will. I also that my creator and a race like my creator visited earth, millions of years ago, maybe before human beings were even around and CREATED US.
My creator visited earth several times in the past manipulating our DNA so that our evolution would be accelerated. I have no idea why that needed to be done other than because it could be done.
There is nothing wrong with the stories in the Bible nor is there anything wrong with the TEN COMMANDMENTS because it is a damn fine template for any race of people to follow and/or by which to live.
Whatever happens here on earth was meant to happen without any direct involvement from these extraterrestrials because they want to study our evolution. Why might they want to do this? Well, with a universe as big as this one obviously is, my guess is that there are OTHER ENTITIES like human persons or maybe not like us at all, with which these extraterrestrials are designing.
Maybe these extraterrestrials look like us maybe they do not - it does not really matter - what matters is that we were created by them for SOME PURPOSE. This purpose is not our own although we are led to believe that we have FREE WILL.
However, by believing in GOD, we, in essence, give up our FREE WILL, and do exactly what He says we should do, hence Jesus agreeing and/or accepting his role to die on the cross. Jesus gave up his FREE WILL.
Why give FREE WILL, if you want your created people to give up their FREE WILL voluntarily?
As you can see, I have spent some time in REFLECTION...
The Fifth State of Matter
An entirely new state of matter known to be neither solid, nor liquid, nor gaseous is a prediction by an Indian physicist named Satyendra Nath Bose and Albert Einstein which has become a reality in its prediction after the Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) that has shifted our minds on how we perceive the discovery of physics. This discovery paves way into further research and investigation in quantum mechanics.
How did Bose-Einstein Condensate come about?
Bose-Einstein Condensate (BEC) is the name given to a peculiar quantum state of matter that was theorized to exist in the mid-1920s by two of the greatest minds in physics, Satyendra Nath Bose and Albert Einstein.

American, The Compliant One
Most of us, living here in the US of A, support our country, its history, and its future, regardless of the President and who has control of Congress.
American citizens, who enter the US Congress, House or Senate, make about $150,000 per year and yet after a four-year term, public records show they are worth millions of dollars.
How did they increase their net worth that much in four years?
While this seems to be the rule rather than the exception, the general public must realize that election politicians on the federal level, no longer care about the American public as a whole, but in getting more money and becoming more wealthy.
The American public is on their own...
We cannot stop what is happening and if we did, what would we have accomplished?
Those that have the money, whether elected officials or not, decide and have already decided what is going to happen to the US of A and those who live inside the country.
We might as well simply enjoy what we have and not worry about where the country is going because there is nothing, we can do to stop it.
The poor are simply the poor and will always be the poor while the middle class has a chance to move into an upper middle-class status but it highly unlikely, they will go any higher. Sometimes, outliers can become very wealthy and that's the hope of every American... but the ONE PERCENT will always be the one percent.
No doubt, the wealthy have concluded they stand to make millions perhaps billions of dollars when there is a war or whether there is peace... since it is all about SALES and having a product that everyone needs...
TECHNOLOGY is one of those products and because it is always advancing, old technology will always have to be replaced by new technology... This happens about every three to five years and soon that replacement timeline will shrink to between one and three years.
This reduction will create NEW BILLIONAIRES.
It is the billionaires that manage the direction of the world and allow certain countries to grow and others to fail.
It is a game played at a very high level.

A Daily LOOKSEE
BUY AMERICAN
As I have mentioned numerous times before, I am neither a Democrat nor a Republican; I am both liberal and conservative and somewhat socialistic. But... and with that said, I am totally against BUYING AMERICAN.
I am, however, for buying the CHEAPEST PRODUCT WITH THE HIGHEST QUALITY.
Unfortunately, American made products do not always fit into either of those criteria.
Since the mid 1980s when I was an organizational development consultant, I would teach business and industry how to reduce the variation in the manufacturing process to produce a high-quality product at a cheap cost.
I was paid to teach their employees this concept and once the training was over, the management team would not let their employees used what they had learned.
Sounds unbelievable but I was paid either $100/hour and $2,500/day plus expenses to do this. I made a rather lot of money in the process.
Knowing this, I will very seldom buy American made products unless they meet my already mentioned criteria.
Second, because the American labor force keeps demanding higher wages and more benefits, American products are now some of the most expensive products in the marketplace.
Not knowing your purchasing habits, let me say that I refuse to throw my money away simply because it is American made. I spend my money wisely and with frugality.
I stopped buying American cars in the 1980s and started buying Japanese cars because of the quality, the longevity, and the high resale value towards my next Japanese car.
Sadly, I have to buy American made homes and whether the homes that I have purchased are new or old, I find that I am constantly pouring money into refurbishing because the original structure was not built with quality and long-lasting durability in mind.
If foreign countries can make the products, I need cheaper and with higher quality then those are the products that I am buying. The current inflation problem that we have had in the USA for the last four years, has just encouraged me to buy less and less American made products.

Downside of Passing Age 70
One morning, I wake up, get out of bed, and when I try to stand up my left leg gives out. I hobble to the bathroom for my traditional morning pee, then out to the kitchen to give the cats their morning treat.
For two days, I am able to walk around but with a slight limp but on the third day, my knee is so weak that the only way I can walk is with a cane or some kind of counter support.
A visit to the clinic reveals that there is nothing wrong with my knee and that the pain is coming from just below the knee but there is nothing swollen around that area. By the process of elimination, it must be a tendon below the knee that is either bruised or torn.
In a few days, I will have an ultrasound perform so see if that can reveal anything to prevent me from having to go through an MRI. I have been placing cold packs on that area several times a day for 20-30 minutes and that seems to be helping.
I have a regular appointment scheduled with an Orthopedic doctor in a couple of weeks, and I will ask him to look at it then as well. But again, if it is torn or bruised, there is nothing I can do short of surgery other than cold packs, elevation, and rest.
It could take several weeks for my knee area to get back to normal.
I am already dealing with two torn and retracted tendons in both shoulders and now my knee. Torn or bruised, my knee will continue to give me problems once it has started.
The only part that really bothers me is the fact that I may not be able to weed eat the outside yard as I was doing, unless I can find some way to incorporate these injuries into that process.
