2023 Index of US Military Strength
The 2023 Index concludes that the current U.S. military force is at significant risk of not being able to meet the demands of a single major regional conflict while also attending to various presence and engagement activities. The force would probably not be able to do more and is certainly ill-equipped to handle two nearly simultaneous MRCs—a situation that is made more difficult by the generally weak condition of key military allies.
In the aggregate, the United States’ military posture can only be rated as “weak.” The Air Force is rated “very weak,” the Navy and Space Force are “weak,” and the U.S. Army is “marginal.” The Marine Corps and nuclear forces are “strong,” but the Corps is a one-war force, and its overall strength is therefore not sufficient to compensate for the shortfalls of its larger fellow services.
As currently postured, the U.S. military is at growing risk of not being able to meet the demands of defending America’s vital national interests. It is rated as weak relative to the force needed to defend national interests on a global stage against actual challenges in the world as it is rather than as we wish it were.
Equality & Equity For All in the USA
So... let's look at Equality first...
Whether or not you want to admit this fact, very few of us will ever be EQUAL...
- Different Heights
- Different Weights
- Different Natural Athletic Abilities
- Different Physical Attractiveness
- Different Mental Abilities
- Different Musical Abilities
- Different Acting Abilities
- Different Pre-Existing Medical Conditions
Simply put...
- We cannot all be Michael Jordan no matter how hard we practice
- We cannot all be Albert Einstein no matter how hard we study
- We cannot all have the voice of Elvis Presley not matter how hard we train
- We cannot all have the body of Arnold Schwarsenegger no matter how long we lift weights
Unrestricted Warfare - China's Master Plan
As incredible as it may be to believe, three years before the Sept. 11 bombing of the World Trade Center a Chinese military manual titled Unrestricted Warfare touted such an attack – suggesting it would be difficult for the U.S. military to cope with.
Here is an excerpt from Unrestricted Warfare:
“Whether it be the intrusions of hackers, a major explosion at the World Trade Center, or a bombing attack by bin Laden, all of these greatly exceed the frequency bandwidths understood by the American military…”
Surprisingly, Osama bin Laden is mentioned frequently in this book. Now NewsMax.com is making the CIA translation of this shocking book available to all Americans. On Sept. 11, 2001, Americans and the world witnessed one of the most horrific acts ever to take place on American soil.
Our media and government were quick to declare the acts of that day as simply terrorism by a nationless group known as al-Qaeda. In reading China’s military manual Unrestricted Warfare, you will learn that the events of Sept. 11 were not a random act perpetrated by independent agents. Instead, Chinese military planners believe that terrorism is just one of the many tools at the hands of nations and their terrorist allies to wage total war against the United States.
You will be surprised to learn:
- The two PLA colonels who authored Unrestricted Warfare have been hailed as heroes in China since Sept. 11
- The Chinese state-run propaganda machine is cashing in on the terror attacks … producing books, films and video games glorifying the strikes as a humbling blow against an arrogant nation.
- Chinese Communist Party officials are saying that President Jiang Zemin has obsessively and gleefully watched and re-watched pictures of the aircraft crashing into the World Trade Center.
- The CIA’s own translation agency reported that this book identifies the U.S. as China’s main enemy, and details how a weak nation can destroy America using unorthodox attacks – like the 9-11 attacks.
- China is preparing itself and encouraging others to engage the U.S. in total war. The book is chock full of plans and strategies, from using computers, to smuggling illegal immigrants, to manipulating the stock markets, to influencing the U.S. media, to using weapons of mass destruction – all to destroy America.
Recent press reports indicate that China has assisted and continues to assist militarily and economically the Taliban and al-Qaeda – even after Sept. 11.
The doctrine of total war outlined in Unrestricted Warfare clearly demonstrates that the People’s Republic of China is preparing to confront the United States and our allies by conducting “asymmetrical” or multidimensional attacks on almost every aspect of our social, economic and political life.

National Debt of the USA
Because I served in the military during the Vietnam War, the GI Bill paid for all of my college education including graduate school.
Our combined income was right around $75-$80,000 which is not much in comparison to the rest of the country but sufficient to not just pay the bills in East TN, but save money, as well as go on several vacations (2 weeks plus several long weekends around holidays).
We managed to save enough money so that we could continue that same lifestyle that we had when both were working when we both retired in 2015. If fact, we had saved enough money so that all our bills could be paid (taking inflation into consideration) until we both turned 95 years of age.
TODAY...
at the end of 2022, our national debt was $31.5 Trillion...
at the end of 2022, our gross domestic product (GDP) was $25.4 Trillion...
The GDP is the sum total value of all the goods and services produced by the USA...
WE OWE MORE THAT WE MAKE...
SOMETHING ELSE ABOUT WHICH TO THINK...
Our own Department of Defense has announced recently that our military is considered weak globally...
Our Navy needs upgrading
Our Air Force needs upgrading
Our Space Force needs upgrading
Our Army needs upgrading
Our Marine are tactically ready and prepared
WHERE WILL WE GET THE MONEY TO DO THIS UPGRADING IF WE HAVE SO MUCH DEBT
The Democrats want to take the USA green which in the long run may benefit us but in the short run will damn near ruin our economy because we simply do not have the infrastructure for instance to handle a nation of electric vehicles....
DO WE SPEND THE MONEY ON GOING GREEN OR ON THE MILITARY?
PLUS...
Our nation's highways, bridges, tunnels are outdated and need to be upgraded or else we will start to experience problems with domestic transportation and supply chain issues...
WHERE DO WE GET THE MONEY FOR INFRASRUCTURE?
The USA is not Prepared for War
- China
- Russia
- Iran
- North Korea
- poorly prepared Army
- poorly prepared Navy
- poorly prepared Air Force
- poorly prepared Space Force
- No cars
- No electricity
- No restaurants
- No land suitable for farming
- No livestock, fish, or fowl
- No television
- No radio
- No computers
- No telephones or cell phones
- No electric stoves
- No gas heaters
- No airplanes or trains
Depth of Field Vision
So, what is all this leading up to?
I am more fond of warm weather than I am of cold... and the fact that we had a day of 70 degrees a couple of days ago, pleased the hell out of me, causing me to feel more anxious about the warm weather soon to arrive.
Most of us have an aversion to cold weather, even those that live in the northern USA and Canada who prefer the cold to warm actually get tired of the cold weather themselves because of the snow and ice through which they must drive more often than not. Not really fearing their skills behind the wheel but the skill of others who are also on the road.
More and more people these days, or so it seems to me, show they are lacking with their driving skills even though they have been driving for years... Perhaps, this is because they never learned any skills from the getgo. They just got in their cars and started driving.
What I notice more than anything else among these other drivers is that they do not seem to have any concept of DEPTH OF FIELD VISION. I will be driving along and someone will come barrelling ass up behind me and swing to the left to go around me, but fail to grasp or perceive their distance from the car in front of them, forcing them to apply their brakes and then pull back in behind me.
When this happens, I just smile to myself and think IDIOT...
