Insurance and Warranty Protection

One of the decisions that you have to make either as an individual or as a family in INSURANCE and WARRANTY PROTECTION which is just another way to say insurance.

Here's what might be available to you:

  1. Life insurance
  2. Home owner's insurance
  3. Mortage insurance
  4. Renter's insurance
  5. Flight insurance
  6. Car insurance
  7. Health Insurance
  8. Car Repairs insurance
  9. Appliance insurance
  10. Cancer insurance
  11. Disability insurance
  12. Roof warranties
  13. Computer warranties
  14. Furniture warranties
  15. Television warranties

There are many people who believe that most Americans are INSURANCE POOR.

When you take out life insurance, your policy will only benefit you if you die immediately after the probation period - otherwise, you are going to be paying more than you get back the longer you live.  As you get older, your monthly premiums will increase, and the length of the policy will decrease.

Insurance companies are designed TO MAKE A PROFIT... from each policy holder.

Back in the 1970s or so, I remember I was in Sears and was buying something or other and the sales clerk wanted to know if I wanted to buy a warranty in case the item broke.  My comment was something like:  "Why?  Was it not made correctly?"

Up to that point, warranties had never been available.

American workers know how to make quality products, but they don't make quality products because they are pissed off at their supervisor or manager.  When that happens, companies lose money - so, they compensated by offering warranties for bad workmanship that they did not really want to correct.

If you want to throw away your money...  be my guest...  otherwise, get only that insurance which you really need like car and health insurance. Of course, if you are financing something then the banks are going to want you to pay some sort of insurance as well.
