Medical Update
Today, I had my 84th infusion of the immunotherapy drug OPDIVO specifically targeting my Melanoma cancer. At a rate of once a month, I have completed SEVEN years of taking this drug which has prevented my Melanoma from growing.
When radiation was combined with OPDIVO, the combination killed the Melanoma dead in its tracks and I still can feel the dead tumor on the left side of my groin.
I am also being treated for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and have been since 2008/09 and for a while my treatments were keeping that cancer in check. It started to grow and my chemo drug was changed. That new drug lasted a while, then my Lymphoma transformed from slow growing to fast growing and became more aggressive. My drugs were again changed.
Yesterday, I had a CT scan performed on my neck, chest, and abdomen and was informed of the results today when I went in for my OPDIVO treatment. This new drug at a level of 50mg/day out of a potential 400mg/day had actually reduced the Lymphoma tumors all over my body. And my blood counts had improved in all categories except for my WBCs and RBCs, still leaving me with low immunity and anemia.
HOWEVER, my Oncologist was very pleased with the results.
I am in my 16th year of treatment and feel extremely grateful to still be above ground. Prior to my contract these cancers, my life expectancy had been 7-10 years... BUT with these new drugs and combinations of drugs and radiation, my life expectancy had not just been extended but there is a good possibility I could live into my 90s.
To maintain that health and to support the treatments, I do the following:
- I do not smoke (quit 36 years ago)
- I do not drink alcohol
- I eat no red meat or fried foods or sugars
- I eat fish, chicken, lamb, & pork chops
- I eat lots of vegetables
- I eat Pita bread and English muffins only
The Great Reset
Klaus Schwab, the founder and executive director of the Forum, wrote, “Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed. In short, we need a ‘Great Reset’ of capitalism.”
In a recent issue of Imprimis—Hillsdale College’s digest of liberty—author Michael Rectenwald described the economic goal of the Great Reset as “‘capitalism with Chinese characteristics’—a two-tiered economy, with profitable monopolies and the state on top and socialism for the majority below.”
The Great Reset is not new but premised on old and dangerous ideologies.
These utopian ideologies, with their misplaced faith in the rule of so-called experts and a corresponding disregard for the people’s right to rule themselves, end only in tyranny.
Hillsdale College recently held a conference on the Great Reset, and you can view and learn from the talks through an online video series.
Filmed on the Hillsdale campus, this video series will give you insight into:The origins and leaders of the Great Reset
- How the ideology of “woke capitalism” is infiltrating large corporations
- The connection between a cashless society and the Great Reset
- What “environmental justice” has to do with the Great Reset
- The Great Reset from China’s perspective
- Alternatives to the Great Reset
If you believe that our country’s founding principles of liberty have made it the freest and most prosperous nation in history, or you’re alarmed by the growing influence of the so-called global elite, this video series is for YOU!

Importance of Family
I come from a relatively small family unit with only one older sister and one younger brother. Even though my sister is the oldest, all family decisions now that our parents are dead, are made by my younger brother seemingly because he is the wealthiest therefore the smartest.
This was an easy decision to make because I did not want the job and my sister is tad scatter-brained and it is rather obvious that in some issues, her elevator does not stop at all the floors.
My father died in 2001 at the age 89 and my mother died in 2016 at the age of 95, just shy of her 96th birthday. While my dad was being treated for a Leukemia type disease, he died as a result of his organs giving out which was basically the same cause of death as my mother even though she had Lymphoma.
My daughter from my first marriage has made the decision not to have contact with me since 2018 which is about the same time that I fell out of favor with my brother and sister as well. More than likely, it was my fault for these three situations to occur, I just cannot remember what I did or did not do.
So, in 2024, the only family that I really have is my wife and her son from her first marriage and his better half - as the saying goes.
It seems rather odd that someone like me is writing about the importance of family when my family, in essence is nonexistent.
Just because I am estranged from my family, does not mean I don't understand the importance of family.
My wife's other family is different than mine in that she is really close with both her brother and her sister. They talk to each other at least once a week, or every other week and are constantly sharing all sorts of issues with each other that one would assume that family's share, like health and children, and what's been going on activities.
Both our families are in a different socioeconomic level, but I am not sure if that has anything to do with it or not... it might just be the way our parents raised us and all the different aspects of our environment to which we were exposed.
My wife and I have an acceptance or tolerance type of lifestyle and relationship... we know that we are different in our beliefs and lifestyle and try to accept each other for those differences - sometimes they clash, we clash, and there is tension but it soon disappears.
We have been together for 31 years so there has been a lot of give and take but one thing that we count on and that is that we are always there for each other no matter what is going on between us.
That is why families are important!
What is Quantum Chromodynamics?
The physics theory known as quantum chromodynamics (QCD) explains how the strong force acts. The electromagnetic force formulated by quantum field theory, which is referred to as Quantum electrodynamics (QED), was built in analogy to QCD.
QED and QCD
According to QED, the photon is the "force-carrier" particle that transmits or mediates the electromagnetic force. Similar to QED, QCD predicts the existence of force-carrying particles known as gluons, which transfer strong forces between matter particles that possess strong "charge," or "color."
Therefore, the strong force's influence is restricted to the behavior of quarks, which are basic subatomic particles, and composite particles made of quarks, including mesons, which are more unusually unstable particles, and the protons and neutrons that constitute the atomic nuclei. READ MORE...

Mell of a Hess
Unless you are BRAIN DEAD, you know exactly who I am talking about... Boe Jiden...
The Dems are in PANIC MODE as they say trying their best to spin the situation positively... but once you have some Dem congressional leader and the mainstream, liberal media turning against him, it would appear that it is all over but the shouting.
Boe Jiden is not dropping out of the race according to what WH sources say, what he says, and what his wife and son say as well...
HOWEVER... they are not donors!!!
Dan Bongino says there are three things standing in Boe Jiden's way:
- He's aging poorly
- He's not good at anything
- Donors will cut him off
Now... can Boe Jiden be replaced?
Sure, he can, if he steps down... but that won't happen because of his ego, because of his wife, and because of his son who needs his sentence commuted.
If he does step down, who will replace him?
No one but Kamala Harris will have access to his political war chest.
So, is there enough time to fund raise?
If Boe Jiden steps down from the race, he might as well step down from the Presidency, leaving Kamala Harris as President.
What kind of job do you think she will do?
This is a huge problem for DEMS... and as I said, the Dems have gotten themselves into a Mell of Hess.
