A New Constitution Needed

 

I am a 77-year-old Caucasian male who thinks slavery in the USA was wrong but who REFUSES to be held responsible for what my ANCESTORS may or may not have done.

Slavery like our attack on Native Americans WAS WRONG and might have been done differently had we the ability to do it all over again, but we do not have that ability; therefore, we MUST see it as water over the dam and move forward.

We study HISTORY so that we can prevent the bad aspects of our history from every being repeated again.

With that said, I am concerned that our 1776 US Constitution no longer is reflective of what the USA has become over time.  I say become over time because the change has taken over 200 years to occur.

THE USA IS NO LONGER:

• Religious
• Marketplace equal
• Uneducated
• Caucasian influenced
• law abiding
• intellectually superior
• wanting to be self sufficient
• militarily minded
• Interested in being a Democratic Republic
• Serving constituents
• Loyal to the government
• Composed of strong family units

It is painfully obvious that the US Constitution written in 1776 pertained primarily Caucasians and specifically to White Anglo Saxon Protestants (WASPS).  The culture and society of the USA has been diluted with immigrants from all over the world.  

Some of whom have come here to study at our universities, some of whom have come here to work, and some of whom have come here to become US citizens.

What we believed and were motivated by in 1776, no longer exists in 2024.  Our 1776 Constitution says... all men were created equal with certain unalienable rights that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness...

In POINT OF FACT - all men ARE NOT created equal and never were.  Being created equal is MISINFORMATION...

• Some are tall - some short
• Some are smart - some are not smart
• Some are beautiful - some are not beautiful
• Some of athletic - some are not athletic
• Some are creative - some are not creative

SO...

How can we be created equal?

The American People

 

In 2016, the American people were innocent and naive and did not know what or who to believe, but intuitively knew that there were only a handful of people who really cared about them.

In 2020, the American people had their lives turned upside by the COVID-19 virus and did not know who to believe but were falsely convinced that Donald and his presidency were to blame.

In 2024, the American people were literally backed into the corner by illegal immigrants, a weak economy, high prices, crime and violence, illegal drugs and a government that did not want to do anything about what was going on except blame it all on Donald Trump.

THE AMERICAN PEOPLE GREW UP QUICKLY...  and could see for themselves that the current government was and had been lying to them for years.  They also saw that MOST ALL POLITICIANS only cared about their own re-election rather than doing what was right for their constituents.

The American People also saw that the government had weaponized the legal system and was using it against their political opponent, a tactic used by the governments of Russia and China.  They were amazed and frightened that it was happening in the land of FREEDOMS.

Ignorance among young people (those in college) had grown exponentially and now these gay protestors supporting HAMAS had no idea that HAMAS would have cut their heads off had they known they were gay.  It was hard to believe that our children could be SO STUPID.

America was being controlled by the POWERFUL and the WEALTHY and those people had forgotten that they only represent 20% of the overall population.

A majority of Americans (80% actually) ARE NOT POWERFUL or WEALTHY...

The majority WILL ALWAYS RULE and WILL ALWAYS WIN EVENTUALLY...

It is just a numbers game.

You can fool all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time...

The powerful and wealthy are only that way because the EIGHTY PERCENT made it possible for them to be that way.

The Election Results

 

I pride myself with the fact that I am not a Democrat nor am I a Republican, so I am NEVER PRESSURED to vote along party lines, which I believe in inherently WRONG.

The vote that I cast is none of your business, but I am glad that Trump won.  If you think that this statement means that I voted for him, that is your right.

I am glad Trump won for the following reasons:

• I want the DAMN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS out of this country
• I want the USA to be energy independent and dominate again
• I want govt deregulation so that our economy can grow, and inflation can decrease
• I want a strong military and a strong global posture
• I want Russia/China to be put in their place
• I want the green energy movement to evolve more slowly
• I want WOKISM, CRT, BLM to end
• I want a fair and balance news media presence that does not include censorship
• I want lower taxes for 80% of Americans and higher taxes for 20% of Americans
• I want a small federal government

Will I get all of these?

Probably not...  but I will get several of them...

I am 77 years old, retired after 45+ years working, a Vietnam Era Veteran, fairly well educated, and fairly well traveled.  I want to hear all sides of the news (good, bad, and indifferent) so that I can make up my own mind.  There is a 50/50 chance that my decisions will be right/wrong...  but they are MY DECISIONS.

During my three quarters of a century life, I have come to realize that politicians, in general, care more about re-election that they do about what is best for this country.  Until that philosophy changes, Americans will continue to experience the elections of 2016, 2020, and 2024.

Obviously, I am hopeful that others will eventually agree with me.

Our Federally Elected Officials

 

We have on the Federal Level, a House of Representatives and a Senate.  The House of Representatives has 435 members (based on population of the states) and the Senate has 100 members (based up 2 members per state)

51 is a majority in the Senate

218 is a majority in the House

FIFTY PERCENT of the House and Senate (Congress) are millionaires as compared to 1% of the US population being millionaires.

As of 2023, the average annual salary for Americans is $59, 428.

QUESTION:  How can millionaires decide what is best for Americans?

Members of Congress:  Receive $174,000 annually...

Do you BELIEVE that a wealthy member of Congress can accurately decide what is best for an average American when these average American lives paycheck to paycheck and the congress person DOES NOT???

FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, our Founding Fathers created a Constitution that created a Congress where it was INTENTIONALLY DESIGNED that the WEALTHY would make ALL DECISIONS for the AVERAGE AMERICAN which at the time was uneducated and POOR.

The average American has gained much since then in both education and wealth but still lags FAR BEHIND those who are making decisions on how our lives should be LIVED.

The Progressive Movement

 

In 1967, I was TWENTY YEARS OLD, in college, and had hair down to my shoulders.  Instead of wearing Church clothes to class, I wore blue jeans, t-shirts, leather jacket (when cold), tennis shoes or flip flops.

Other students saw me as PROGRESSIVE and did not want to associate with me.  I was ahead of my time and my generation changed the culture of a younger generation that had its roots in the end of WWII.

This progressive movement, over the next 60 years has become the foundation or the cornerstone of the Democratic Party...  as a result, we have seen:

• illegal immigration increase
• illegal drugs increase
• crime and violence increase
• criminals not prosecuted
• woke policies being created
• crt being taught in school
• trans males playing female sports
• anti-Jewish protests on college campuses

As a result of the 2024 Presidential Election, we are seeing across the USA, the REJECTION of the progressive movement.

This rejection is being seen in the states of NEW YORK and CALIFORNIA and to a lesser degree in other states.

The Progressive Faction of the Democratic Party is LOSING its control OVER THE PEOPLE.  While Americans are rejecting the PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATS, the Democratic Party LEADERS are REFUSING to see that the CORE of their party has changed.

This is why the Democrats lost the 2024 election and this is why they will continue to LOSE ELECTIONS until they see the need TO CHANGE THEIR BELIEFS...
