PERSONAL COMMENT: There have been almost 40 military conflicts (not counting the Cold War) involving the USA since my birth 73 years ago which averages out to 1 military conflict every almost 2 years. And, these wars in which we have been engaged are the ones fought outside the continental United States and on foreign soil. We have yet to fight one on our own soil except for the Civil War from about 1860-1965. However, I heard a rumor just the other day, that a new kind of civil war is coming between the white and the blacks but I am not sure if this one will be fought before the one waged between the wealthy and the poor.
