The Hidden Provision in the Big Ugly Bill that makes Trump King.

I’ve been following with a mixture of dismay and disgust Trump’s One Big Ugly Bill, soon to emerge from the House. I’ll report back to you on it.
But I want to alert you to one detail inside it that’s especially alarming. With one stroke, it would allow Trump to crown himself king.
As you know, Trump has been trying to neuter the courts by ignoring them.
The Supreme Court has told Trump to “facilitate” the return of Abrego Garcia, a legal resident of the United States whom even the Trump regime admits was erroneously sent to a brutal prison in El Salvador. Trump has essentially thumbed his nose at the Court by doing nothing.

I don't subscribe to that philosophy about risks because life is full of risks every single day so taking more risks might not have made any difference. However, I do believe that our lives are predetermined, regardless of the choices we make.
What I mean by this is that our lives end up exactly where they were supposed to have ended, regardless of us thinking we were moving in a different direction.
I disliked taking classes in college where I had to stand up in front of people and avoided jobs where that was part of the requirements.... HOWEVER, I ended up being a teacher and most of my career in management was spent standing up in front of people.
GO FIGURE???
So, the big lesson learned is that your life is going to unfold in a certain direction regardless of where you want it to go. I don't know what that happens, but it does.
If you want to be a doctor and you end up being a doctor, then your life was predetermined for you to be a doctor.
I spent most of my life trying to FIND MYSELF... going in this direction or that direction, hoping this would be a direction I would like. None of that made any difference.
Just let your life unfold. Pick an area that you think you would like but don't be surprised if you end up in an entirely different direction when all is said and done. Let it happen.

In an ongoing quest to guess the secret behind the Universe's excess in gravity, two researchers from Dartmouth College in the US have proposed a chilling union between massless particles soon after the Big Bang.
For the better part of a century it's been frustratingly clear that estimates of the Universe's visible mass have failed to account for the way galaxies rotate, pointing to slow-moving clumps of matter we can't see. This stuff has been dubbed ' dark matter'.
Even as researchers whittle away at the list of properties describing this cold and silent corner of physics, its identity and origins remain elusive.
